I know, that’
s a pretty funny name for a pregnancy website, isn’t it? But it’s what I came up with many years ago when I first put this site together. After all, it is all about pregnancy, new babies, and everything that goes along with both.
Are you looking for answers to your pregnancy and childbirth questions? Perhaps you are wondering about how to take care of your newborn baby, or you may even have questions about breastfeeding your baby. I built this website after my first child was born, almost ten years ago now, back when I was practically obsessed with my pregnancy (can you relate?). And I am continually adding to it. Over the years, thousands of people have commented, asked questions or contacted me in one way or another. I hope you find this website helpful during your pregnancy or after your baby is born – I made it for YOU! Hopefully you will find what you came here looking for.

Pregnancy doesn’t have to be scary
Pregnancy can be a time of anxiety — wondering what on earth you will do with this new little stranger you will bring home — but it is also a time of great joy.
I found that when I was expecting the first time, I was so obsessed with being pregnant, I didn’t really give a lot of thought to how I would take care of my new baby, and what exactly having a new baby entails. I thought it would just happen naturally.
Gone are the days when your mother moves in with you after the baby is born. (Unless you’re really lucky!) New parents nowadays have to figure it all out by ourselves. I remember feeling totally shocked that the hospital staff would let us leave the hospital with this tiny, perfect newborn baby! Couldn’t they see by looking at us that we had no idea what we were doing? Ha ha!
The thing is, you will figure it all out, and you will be a great parent! (And your baby loves you no matter what and they also don;t know that you don’t know what you’re doing).

After our first daughter Hana was born, I quickly realized that sometimes it doesn’t all come naturally — it helps to have a friend or sister who can give you some tips to make things easier. And that is my goal with this website. I am now the mother of three children, Hana, Alexa and Trey. They keep us hopping!
People have always come to me for pregnancy and baby advice. It may sound funny, but even my sister-in-law (who is a labor & delivery nurse) comes to me for advice on babies!
I sincerely hope that you enjoy this website as much as I enjoyed building it for you.

Hi just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the pictures on your website aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome.
