I Loved Being Pregnant
Hello! My name is Suzanne and I loved being pregnant and I loved giving birth to my three babies.
When I was pregnant for the first time, my husband James said it seemed like I was working on my PhD in Pregnancy! I read a ton of books – I was so curious about pregnancy! The more I read, the more I loved everything about being pregnant.
Being pregnant was the healthiest I had ever felt in my life.
Because being pregnant is a healthy state of being. A lot of people seem to think that when you’re pregnant you need to be treated like a sick person. I think this is so strange!
Not only did I read books about getting pregnant and what to do when you’re pregnant, but I also obsessed about what to do with a new baby. I wanted so desperately to know what it would be like to have a baby. Everyone said it’s so busy and you’re so tired, but I couldn’t really understand or imagine what it would be like while I was still pregnant.
I Loved Being Pregnant
The reason I decided to put together this website for you was because, first and foremost, I love being pregnant and I love babies! I also found that although there’s lots of information out there, I couldn’t really find very much information on what exactly to do with a brand new, newborn baby. What exactly do you do when you get home from the hospital? It’s kind of daunting when you think about it. I couldn’t believe they even let me go home with this little stranger!
Our first baby was extremely high needs. She cried about 8 hours a day for the first eight months. I am not kidding. It was very stressful, but we managed to get through it. And now she’s a darling ten year old!
But I thought it would be great to create a website to answer questions about getting pregnant, being pregnant and of course all about new babies, based on my experience, with information like:
- How do newborn babies like to be held?
- How can you help newborn babies stop crying?
- Why do new born babies cry so much?
- What do you do if you have a really fussy baby?
- What about infant rashes?
- What about a newborn checklist?
I’m talking really basic stuff. Everybody needs to learn it, but how?
I also had a lot of trouble with breastfeeding Hana and the tricks I learned helped me a lot.
It turned out that after having such a difficult baby, I am now quite an expert at calming babies, getting them to sleep, and generally figuring out what is wrong with them. I spent a lot of time sending emails to my friends with new babies, helping them, and one of them finally said, “You know what? You should write an Ebook about how to take care of a newborn baby.”
So I did!
It’s called “And Baby Makes Three: Now What Do We Do?” It is available in Kindle format on Amazon. If you don’t have a Kindle, no problem! Amazon has a free Kindle Reader and they show you how to download it.
Thanks for visiting my website. I hope you can learn something from it; if so, my job will be done. Drop me a line some time and let me know what you think – thanks!
Cheers! Have fun being pregnant and I hope you enjoy your newborn baby.
